Charities can claim Gift Aid on most donations.

What you need to do
You need to be a tax-payer and make a Gift Aid declaration for the charity to claim. You usually do this by filling in a form.
Gift Aid forms are available at St Mark's and at Holy Family or download one from St Mark's Website https://www.stmarksparish.org.uk/docs/giftaid.pdf
People who have made a Gift Aid Declaration also consider having a Standing Order: standing order ......
When you complete a form please send or hand it to the Priest, the Parish Finance Secretary, a member of the Finance Committee or just put it in the Sunday collection.
