CHRISTMAS FAYRE...26™ NOVEMBER 2022 9.30-12 NOON
This community event is always a great success socially and financially due to our amazing team of helpers who assist before, during and after the event, but we always welcome more. If you are able to help after Mass on Friday moving benches and erecting stalls, and/or on the Saturday selling raffle tickets or helping to run stalls, make and serve teas or clear away afterwards then please sign the list at the back of the church. Or just turn up...you will be very welcome Even if you can only spare a half an hour, we would be very grateful.
Father Christmas and a lucky dip (both of which cost just £1 and include a gift), and children’s games. The ever-popular bottle stall; an adult and separate children’s tombola; the gifts, jewellery and ornaments stall; toy stall and refreshments will all be there for you to enjoy plus much more.
Raffle tickets will be on sale after Mass on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th, and every weekend after Mass and during the Fayre itself with the drawer taking place at noon. We always have brilliant prizes and tickets are £1 a strip.
Don’t forget we have a children’s raffle too so feel free to buy tickets for the children in your life with tickets at 5 Op per strip or 3 for £1.00.
Donations for prizes for the raffle and the adult and children’s tombola are needed plus bottles (full of alcohol preferred!) for the bottle stall. No books except good quality children’s books please., plus DVDs and CDs. Any donations can be left at the back of either church and we will sort them.
Thank you. Jenny and Marion
